Individual Therapy
Sage Counseling and Consultation Services provides individualized psychotherapy for adults (21+) in Eastern Washington and North Idaho who are navigating trauma, anxiety and chronic worry, and emotional or interpersonal sensitivities.
My practice utilizes traditional, evidence-based psychological approaches as well as transpersonal and spiritually informed perspectives, guided by your individual needs and preferences. Therapy may focus on understanding and reducing anxiety, working through the lasting effects of trauma, developing healthier patterns of thinking and relating, and cultivating greater emotional well-being and fulfillment in daily life.
I particularly enjoy working with highly sensitive individuals and creative individuals whose inner lives are rich, complex, and sometimes overwhelming. I also welcome clients who wish to explore metaphysical, existential, or spiritual questions as part of therapy. My role is not to promote or challenge any particular belief system, but to provide a respectful, reflective space in which you can explore these experiences in a way that honors your values, worldview, and psychological well-being.
My practice is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person's unique experience. Whether you are seeking support with anxiety or trauma, hoping to better understand longstanding emotional patterns, or exploring deeper questions of meaning and purpose, our work will be tailored to your concerns and goals. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, emotional resilience, self-understanding, and a more meaningful connection with yourself and the world around you.
